Store managers : This position requires sales management skills, organizational skills and an in depth knowledge of the kitchen business. Experience in the management of kitchen sales, design and remodeling is a must. This position requires the ability to coordinate and supervise the complete execution of a kitchen installation, including cabinetry, countertops and minor renovation work.

Kitchen designers/salesperson: Boca Kitchens is looking for experienced designers, capable of tackling some of the most challenging kitchen remodeling jobs in town. The qualified person must posses the necessary skills to design, qualify, present, handle objections and close the sale in a professional and consistent manner.

Outside builder's sales people: Required to call on homebuilders of all sizes and make field presentations and sales. The suitable person must be well versed with the homebuilders market and must be familiar with floor plan takeoffs and working with builders, designers and architects.

Administrative assistant: Responsibilities will include assistance in tracking orders, invoices, A/R, A/P, communicating with the stores, assisting with telephone duties, etc. Knowledge of the kitchen cabinet business is preferred.
