Due to repeated requests after the great success we had with our wine education class, we are planning a new class which will be featured again in our beautiful showroom in Boca Raton.
Mike Maletta, a certified sommelier will conduct this class, which will run for four consecutive Wednesdays, starting May 19th, 2010.

Mike will cover all the basics from proper wine tasting techniques, to discussions on major grape varieties and their characteristics. Other topics include food pairing and summaries of the major wine growing regions in the world today. Wines that correspond to the subject matter will be tasted at all classes. |
Mike is a graduate of the United States Sommelier Association. He has been teaching a four week course for beginners, intermediate and advanced for the last four years at various venues from Miami to Palm Beach.
