Due to the great success
we had with our first
wine education
class, we are proud to
announce our upcoming
intermediate class which
will be featured in our
beautiful showroom in
Boca Raton.
Mike Maletta, a
certified sommelier will
conduct this fun class,
which will run on
Wednesdays, starting
March 10th, 2010, for 4
weeks (we will skip the
week of St. Patrick's
Day). |

Mike
will raise up a notch
the techniques of proper
wine tasting, and expand
the discussions on major
grape varieties and
their characteristics.
He will get more into
food pairing and
summaries of the major
wine growing regions in
the world today. Wines
that correspond to the
subject matter will be
tasted at all classes. |
Mike is a
graduate of the
United States
Sommelier
Association. He has
been teaching a four
week course for
beginners,
intermediate and
advanced for the
last four years at
various venues
from Miami to Palm
Beach.
