Being out of town, we were able to hand her the keys for the summer and come back to a beautifully renovated apartment. Karen was a pleasure to work with from the time we planned the reno to the end. Her knowledge of materials helped us make good selections that were easily available. We were able to pick most products in the showroom and she accompanied us to appliance and fixture places for whatever else was needed. The project was on budget and on time. The project had the potential to go off the rails -- but never even got close -- given the project required the team to trench the floor to move plumbing, match 35 year old marble floor tile, and coordinate several permit inspections. Karen was always responsive and the team members (plumbing, electrical, drywall. tile, cabinetry) were all proficient at their jobs, careful and courteous. From the onset, I met Karen, my soon to be internal designer. We hit it off right away and I would recommend anyone looking at Boca Kitchens and Bath to meet with Karen prior to beginning the process. She's a seasoned veteran who knows where to start, how to plan along the way and of course when to finish like a concert pianist. The process began this summer when Karen and I met with many different sub-contractors to pick out materials as well as other replacement bathroom furniture and fixtures. There's no doubt in my mind that it's part of a process that needs to be trusted. At times, I didn't know why we were doing things in this order or in this timeline however Karen was right in that all I had to do was trust her and she would handle the rest. Which is what I did and it's all coming out beautifully and most importantly exactly how Karen and I wanted it and how she described. I'm not one of those individuals who can see construction while it's happening but rather when it's being completed it all comes together in my mind. Karen is excellent in seeing the final result before she get there. This honestly feels like an option to discard some of the old while bringing in some of the new.

I walked in on a late Friday afternoon just looking to get some questions answered about cabinetry. I was greeted by Gloria, the General Manager and GC. She spent over an hour with me answering questions. She was thoughtful, honest, and in no way aggressive (unlike so many other showrooms I visited). From there she promptly sent me a quote, which was much more agreeable, for the same product, than other local companies. Despite the fact that I wasn't a big job, she was patient (I change my mind a lot!) and did everything to answer questions and accommodate me. The other staff are incredibly courteous and friendly. We got introduced to Shuky through our wonderful interior designer who had worked with Shuky before. Through our experience, what we learnt is that Shuky is a consummate kitchen design professional and one of the best in the field. She took our kitchen floor plans, heard from us what we would like that other designers thought was not possible, and within minutes drew a plan that turned out to be outstanding and to our liking. She designed the kitchen and kept on iterating the design to near perfection. What I found amazing was that even after we had approved the design one day, she worked till 2 AM to send us alternate designs because she thought that those would work better. What an internal drive to deliver the best! Our kitchen gets rave reviews from everyone who visits our place, and we give all the credit to Shuky and our interior designer. As a side note, we don't write social media or other types of reviews. This is our first one and I feel compelled to write it because I admire people who are driven to excellence from the inside.

It's been an incredible pleasure to work with both Shuky and Gloria. They have been incredibly helpful and a delight to work with. Like all remodel's we ran into some very random and unforeseen problems (honestly that we caused because we thought we knew better... lessons learned!!) and they were on the phone with us within seconds to help us with issues that we started. In the end the kitchen came out beyond incredible. They have an eye for it, and my god are they talented.

I had some work done in my home a few years ago. I discovered that doing business in Florida is not always easy as they used sub-par subcontractors to do my work. Add to that, horror stories people I know have told me, I have been gun shy about having work done in my home despite needing it. A drawer broke in my bathroom vanity and I had no choice but to get a new one. I decided if I had to do one vanity, it would make sense to do some other work in my home also at the same time. After thinking about where to go, I decided Home Depot would be reliable and not go out of business tomorrow taking my money with them. It took me 3 meetings with them to realize it wasn’t for me. Not only did they want me to pay 100% upfront which is ridiculous to me, I had to do most of the work myself, including picking things up at the store, contacting companies such as a mirror company myself etc.
I decided to end this “partnership” and decided to go to BOCA KITCHENS AND FLOORS. They have been around a very long time and they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. My first meeting with JILL GREENE set me at ease. She would take care of everything. This included, ordering everything, getting permits, delivering everything, scheduling plumbers, electricians, countertop people, dry wall people etc.
Everything that Jill promised would happen did. When there were issues, which were minor such as missing parts, she took care of them immediately. The people she hired to do the electric, plumbing, countertops, etc, were top notch. They all showed up on time and did superior work.
I am so happy with my remodel and highly recommend this company and especially JILL GREENE. She made my life so easy. She helped me with recommendations that she thought would work for me that I never would have thought of and never would have happened if I had stayed with Home Depot. In fact when she saw the kitchen faucet Home Depot was going to sell me, she said “I refuse to let you buy that”! It was an older model with a base and if not for Jill, I would never have realized I was getting something outdated. With this company, all I had to do was pick everything out and pay them. She did everything else. I didn’t even need to be home. Just what I wanted. So, so happy and highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

My partner and contemplated renovating our master bath for over a year. We finally took the leap and stopped by Boca Kitchens to get some ideas. We were on a limited budget (isn’t almost everyone) and Shuky appeared. We were immediately comfortable with not only her professional nature, but she made us feel at ease. Renovations can be super stressful. After looking through the shop, Shuky came up with a few ideas. We picked out a few vanities, looked at some tiles etc and then left. The following day I sent her a text saying I’m not crazy about what we picked out and to be honest I was very overwhelmed with all the different styles, designs, the layout. She said to give her a few days to put something together. We went back in the following week and I was flawed at what she chose. She had everything laid out. I am a very visual person. It was exactly what I was looking for without knowing.. Sleek, modern GORGEOUS and she was able to stay within our budget.
Besides her amazing talent in design, Shuky planned everything down to where the light switches should be, to the height of towel racks to placement of hardware. I never would have put great thought in the usuabilty of some of these things.
We ended up using our own contractor due to budget, which ill never do again because of some problems, but Shuky went above and beyond her own duties to help and assist and make sure things were being done correctly by the contractor.
Shuky was always available by text and phone. I mean always!! Yes we texted her a lot. Lol Now if I can only save up some money so she can do my guest bath.
In conclusion, I highly recommend her services as well as her store Boca Kitchen and Floors.

We contracted with Boca Kitchens to redesign and renovate our 2 bed/2 bath condo. The process of a total renovation was very daunting. Juli was able to translate what we wanted into a great design and offered manageable choices for tiles, cabinets, fixtures etc.
The tradespeople were polite, on time and maintained good housekeeping. For the most part, the workmanship was excellent. Some re-work was required. Although frustrating, Boca Kitchens didn't stop until we were happy.
There were no surprises or extras in the contract price. The scheduled completion slipped due to a number of factors, some of which were outside of Boca Kitchen's control, which pushed up against our move in date.
The final product is outstanding. We get rave reviews from friends and neighbours. Even with the few issues that we had, we would not hesitate to recommend Boca Kitchens.

Ron and I hired Boca Kitchens for our kitchen remodel. Juli listened to what we wanted to do. Explained to her we wanted walls brought down and removed, the island counter made longer and wider. After several meetings and changes, Juli came over to the house to take a look at the existing layout of the kitchen. We later went back to Juli to see her plans for the kitchen. She helped up to pick out cabinets, countertop and backsplash. We went back again to make some adjustments. Juli's team helped with demolishing, electrical, removing popcorn ceilings, painting and lighting. We did run into electrical and painting issues which Juli handled it. Gloria stepped up and went over and beyond to contact the company who manufactured the quartz countertop that was defective. The company came over to see the damage, they were unable to fix the problem. Gloria then set up an appointment for Ron and I to go to the warehouse to pick out another quartz counter. This was the second renovation project that we did with Shuky Conroyd of Boca Kitchens. The first was 4 years ago. At that time, Shuky completely remodeled our 30 year old kitchen and two bathrooms. We met with her both in our apartment and in her beautiful showroom which is loaded with samples of tile, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, etc. Shuky listened to what our thoughts were and then came up with an amazing design that fit perfectly with our needs and desires. She completed the entire renovation while we were up North for the summer. We received pictures on a daily basis and were in constant communication with her. When we decided to move into a 3100 square foot apartment that was again, about 30 years old, there was no question that we would use Shuky Conroyd of Boca Kitchens since we were so pleased with our first renovation. The entire apartment was badly in need of remodeling. A much larger job than our first project had been. Shuky has a great eye for design and keeps current as to the latest trends. Her ideas are fresh and imaginative. In this project, she moved walls, flipped the placement of the kitchen appliances, doubled the size of our shower, added a sprinkler system to the lanai, completely changed all the lighting fixtures to LED’s and replaced the floor with magnificent tile. The result is spectacular! The subcontractors that Shuky employed did fantastic work. They were very respectful of our property and were pleasant to work with. Shuky has a great relationship with all of her vendors, which made our job of choosing lighting fixtures, plumbing, cabinets, granite, closets, etc. very easy. And both of our renovations were completed on time and within the budget that we were quoted. We would highly recommend Shuky Conroyd and Boca Kitchens for your next project.

We hired Boca Kitchens to do a complete re-model of our apartment(stripped apartment down to the studs). Julie was incredibly helpful in all phases of the project. In the design phase she and the team helped us to optimize our living space re-orienting bathrooms, raising ceilings and door heights, moving walls and dramatically expanding the kitchen-the result was significantly more living area. During the execution phase she was comprehensive in her research and presentation of a range of materials. Most importantly, as we got into the construction phase she was incredibly patient with us as our project required numerous adjustments to the plan as we went along. Gloria as the General Contractor developed a sensible project plan and kept everything moving on time and on budget. Most importantly when the 'rubber met the road' and the inevitable problems presented themselves she always stepped up and ensured the right things got done on our behalf. Boca Kitchens regularly stood behind their word and worked hard to meet our standard. Boca Kitchens is a true partner and high integrity company. My wife and I strongly recommend them.

Truly enjoyed our experience working with Shuky Conroyd at Boca Kitchens. She was thorough, helpful with selections, knowledgeable about their product. The kitchen cabinets were ready for installation when the builder asked and she went above and beyond to make adjustments as we found necessary…ie. we had the trash cabinet on one side of large kitchen,. After installation sent her man out to redo trash cupboard. We would highly recommend her. She came to us from our sister-in-law who used her and highly recommended her.

Our project was a complete remodel of the master bathroom. Shuky skillfully reconfigured the existing layout. The result is perfect! She has enormous passion for her job and great design sense. Her attention to detail and commitment to get the job done to the customer’s complete satisfaction make her a pleasure to work with. Not to be overlooked, Shuky used subcontractors who were knowledgeable and skilled in their respective trades. They were professional, courteous and respectful of our property. In particular, the plumber, electrician, and carpenter who installed the new cabinets do exceptional work. My husband and I now have a master bathroom that looks and feels like a luxury spa.
